The brief:

How might we reinvent the way millennials engage with overseas aid? Your project should cover concept discovery and definition (i.e., user research only) and not progress into solutions or prototyping.

Our brief came from WorldVision International and the project was guided by several facilitators from IDEO.

Our process:

1- Identify five “extreme users” and two experts in the topic to interview.

2- Create discussion guide and activities (card sort, relationship map, collateral comparison) to enhance the interviews.

3- Synthesize research data, distill insights and opportunity areas ready for the client to take forward in future design projects.
